BloomValues is an educational app designed for children’s use under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that all information provided is accurate.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are processed via Apple In-App Purchases
- Payments are charged to your Apple ID
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the app
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with app functionality
5. Intellectual Property
All content (stories, design, etc.) is owned by BloomValues and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
9. Change of terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
