1. Parent-Managed Accounts

BloomValues is designed for children’s educational use under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts independently.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information from parents/guardians: Name, Email, and Age.

We may also collect limited information about children profiles, such as name and age group, solely to personalize content (e.g., story recommendations).

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data for account creation, personalization of content, and analytics to improve app performance.

4. Children’s Privacy

We do not collect more information about children than is reasonably necessary. We do not use children’s data for advertising or behavioral tracking.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and PostHog (analytics), which process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

6. Payments

All payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store payment information.

7. Data Minimization and Retention

We only collect data necessary for app functionality and retain it only as long as required.

8. User Rights

Parents/guardians can access or delete their account and associated data, including child profiles, directly within the app.

9. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data.

10. Permissions and Notifications

The app does not request device permissions and does not send push notifications.
